The BEST OF Friday Style Link Up #23

Today is the first day of Texas Style Council!  It kicks off this evening with a clothing swap mingle....and good old fashioned "get to know everyone" with some added fun!  I'll be Instagramming the whole weekend using #TxSC13...so make sure to follow along with all the excitement, learning, and style!  There will be a "prom" Saturday night for which I cannot wait to wear my new frilly, over the top skirt I got for my birthday!
