What to Wear on Christmas Eve

I just LOVE Christmas Eve.  We always have my dad's side of the family get together then, which is quite a few people.  It's always been the same ever since I was a kid and it means so much to me to spend Christmas Eve with the relatives I hold dear to my heart.

We usually dress up a bit for this occasion, however, it's a little different kind of "dress-up" for the following reasons:

>>>I dress more "cute" rather than "fancy"....and comfort is key due to excessive eating and wrangling four kids, presents, etc.  Enough said.
>>>It's usually somewhat festive attire...I mean, when else can you get all Christmasy?
>>>I stay true to my own style and don't try out anything new or trendy that would scare grandma.  These people have known me all my life...I'm pretty sure they'd call me out on anything they thought I couldn't pull off.
>>>Since there will be LOTS of pictures taken, I also try to have my nails done and turn up my make-up a few notches.

So, I don't know what I'm wearing Christmas Eve, but I thought I'd give you a little example of something I would wear to my holiday family gathering.
(This is what I wore last year...don't judge the cheeks.)
scarf|shirt|blazer|necklace|pants|clutch|polish|shoes

Do you have a special Christmas celebration for which you dress up?
