One thing I've already worn the heck out of this season is my pair of crimson corduroys. I wear those babies A. Whole. Lot.
Mainly because they're no fail. Dress up, dress down, dress all around! Whatever top I pair with them seems to always work no matter what the color, pattern, etc.
That got me thinking about what "no fail" tops I have....and to tell you the truth, I don't have one that comes to mind. Then I came across this little heart beauty of a sweater that would fill that vacancy in my closet. This sweater can be worn with virtually ANY bottom! And it's totally a steal!

So there you have it....two pieces that will work not only together, but apart will provide you will endless choices! I found the sweater at Kohls (LC's line) and the skinnies at Target (I have the pink version of these and they're super comfortable)....basically, right in everyone's price range!
