Errands

Today was a split day.

The first half was like any weekday for me and the kids at home, as my husband, the pig farmer, was at their annual show pig sale.

Once he was done, we went into town (Austin) to run some errands for my eldest child's birthday party next week.

It's quite remarkable how totally different (read: easier) it is running errands with simply one other adult.  He doesn't even have to do anything but just be an extra body, and it makes a world of difference with the four munckies.

Anyway, getting dressed and out of the house today did wonders for my mood on this rainy day.

The red corduroys helped a bit, too.
