Her Baptism Day

Our sweet girl was baptized this weekend.  She was so looking forward to it and afterwards seemed to really understand the significance of it...at least as much as an eight year old can.  She said she was so proud of herself...which just made me swell with adoration.

We shared the day with lots of family and friends there, and enjoyed a little get together at my in-laws's house afterwards.  I was so grateful for the support and love she felt from others.  It meant so much to me as her momma.

It was truly a wonderful day.  We are so blessed to have the gospel in our lives...and I'm so grateful that my darling daughter has a solid testimony of Jesus Christ.  It's my prayer that she remembers her baptism and the feelings she felt.
I know I sure will.
