Friends, this leather pleated midi-skirt is absolutely EVERYTHING! I snagged it as part of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale when I was in the store. It was misplaced on a "last one" rack, and the one I tried was too big. Sadly, I told the sales associate it didn't fit and that it was the last one. She was like "oh I'm positive it's not...it must have been put in the wrong place." WHAAAAT!? So needless to say, I was super stoked to get it correctly sized and have been waiting to wear it ever since...until last week. This August has been brutally hot so far, so I paired the skirt with a Topshop v-neck tee for a more laid-back, cooler, summer vibe. Come fall, I'm excited to wear it with more heavy fabrics (think turtlenecks). I highly suggest this amazing skirt (psst, it's currently full-stocked in all sizes, but make sure to size down)...it's kind of like the demure hot-rod of my closet. Both sassy yet sophisticated.
