That title really has absolutely nothing to do with this post. I just always find myself wanting to say random sayings at inappropriate times. Does that happen to you? No? Forget that I said it, then.

HIGH 5 for the weekend!
I haven't done one of these in a while....so here we go!
1. We went here over the weekend and I was so proud of myself not being the crazy, psycho momma trying to capture the best picture. (I may sorta be known for that kind of behavior from time to time.) I'll share some of my favorites tomorrow.
2. Getting back into running is SO not fun. Well, running sucks as it is. But trying to get back into my routine 3 times/week after taking a two week semi-hiatus is really sucking. I think I'm just getting old.
3. My mom and I went to my cousin's baby shower here in this historic hotel. Old places have so much character! Don't you just love them??? There are a couple of old houses around our little town that I fantasize about buying. I then I come back to reality when I think of all the updates/upkeep that would be required. No thank you.
4. Our family Halloween outfits are coming together nicely. Did I mention we're an ensemble cast of characters? If you've read my blog for any length of time, it shouldn't be hard to guess what my two oldest daughters "assigned" us for costumes. All I'll say right now is that I will be dressed in black, a mask, gloves, and I may or may not being carrying a light saber. Does anyone have a black tutu??? :)
