guilty.

With moving into our new home, Pinterest has really become my go-to for decor inspiration, styling ideas, and how-to tutorials (like this one we did recently).  I'm also super excited seeing all the fall style trends popping up lately....HELLO plaid and bold colors!

With all there is out there, I still love seeing new and fresh ideas on Pinterest...or really unique pinners (like this gal) and boards I haven't yet come across.  Right now is the perfect time to get pinning your plans, inspiration, and ideas for the upcoming holiday season...I know it seems far, but really, it will be here before we know it!

How Do You Show Your Patriotism?

I've previously made my love for patriotic-ness (I know that's not a word, but patriotism just wasn't quite right) and the 4th of July apparent... And I'm getting slightly giddy just thinking about the holiday right around the corner.  My Pinterest is abuzz with Independence Day food, decor, and outfits.  In fact, in our new house we have a HUGE wall for which I'm getting a 5x9 foot Old Glory to hang.  I can't wait for it to arrive!
Whether you plan to spend your holiday at the lake, river, ocean...or just a backyard BBQ, you should probably start thinking of what to wear.  I mean...red, white, and blue is always a great color combo, but why not wave your patriotic attire flag all you can in the next few weeks!?!

Hey there y'all!

In trying to really clean out, simplify, and get a handle on what my Fall/Winter working closet will look like, I thought I'd share with you some of my favorite things I wear or use that you've seen here on the blog...and maybe one or two you haven't.  These items are my go-to for style, beauty, and function.
